PKR500 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing or using the pkr500 platform — including the website at pkr500.win, any mobile browser interface or related application — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pkr500.

If you access pkr500 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are made to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These terms apply alongside any specific rules that govern individual game categories, promotions or bonus offers. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that particular offer.

To open and use a pkr500 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and maintain them for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual, not as a business or commercial entity.
• You must not already hold an existing pkr500 account. One account per person is the firm limit.

pkr500 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank IBFT transfer and select debit/credit cards. The minimum deposit is PKR 500 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your pkr500 balance after confirmation from the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. pkr500 does not add any internal processing fees to deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing via accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other third parties is not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests at pkr500 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. Where multiple methods have been used, pkr500 may process the withdrawal to any of the verified methods on file for your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.

Withdrawals are only processed to accounts in your own name. You cannot request a withdrawal to a JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account or bank account that does not match the verified name on your pkr500 profile. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect all players on the platform.

Standard withdrawal processing time is one to three business days from the time the request is submitted. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer. Withdrawals submitted during Pakistan public holidays may experience delays.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing if they exceed certain thresholds.
• Any withdrawal request made while an active bonus is in progress may require completion of the associated wagering requirement first.
• pkr500 may request additional documentation to comply with its internal checks before releasing a withdrawal.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on pkr500 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. The general principles below apply across all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is shown on each offer.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and apply only to the game categories stated in the individual offer.
• Only one deposit match bonus may be active per qualifying deposit unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only and can be claimed once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these terms.
• pkr500 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited and with wagering in progress will be honoured unless a breach of terms has occurred.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting loopholes, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr500:

• Collusion with other players in Live Casino or Fish Games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches or display errors to place bets or receive payouts that would not otherwise occur.

• Discovery of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to using stolen payment credentials.
• Conduct that pkr500 determines to be harmful to the platform, other players or the integrity of games.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, any balance remaining in the suspended account may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely if the investigation confirms a violation. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact support through the channels listed in Section 13.

Players may also voluntarily close their own account at any time. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

pkr500 is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming is entertainment and must always be kept within your personal financial and time budget. The following tools are available to all pkr500 account holders at no cost and with no requirement to contact support in order to activate them:

• Session time limits: Set maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-exclusion: Request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, seven days, 30 days or longer. During self-exclusion you cannot access gaming on pkr500.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr500 is not liable for:

• Loss of data, winnings or balance resulting from network failures beyond pkr500's infrastructure.
